The holiday home is available for your vacation!
The arrival and departure day is in principle on Saturday (April-Oct.).
You can rent the house from 1 to 4 people, with several dogs.
Prices include the use of firewood and WiFi (fiber, unlimited data).
Electricity is not included, you pay what you use: € 0,35 per kWh.
> We do not charge extra costs for your dog(s).
Mandatory final cleaning
We have a mandatory final cleaning, after your stay in Gullabo stuga.
The cost for the final cleaning is € 75.
Prices 2024 - 2025 (price per week, change-over day on Saturday)
January - April: € 550
May: € 650
June - September: € 795
October - December: € 550
Christmas, New Year's Eve: € 650 (week 51 until and including week 1)

January - March: € 550
April, May and October: € 650
June - September: € 850
November and december: € 550
Christmas, New Year's Eve: € 700 (week 51 until week 1)
Down payment: 25% of the rental price after receipt of the booking confirmation (rental agreement), the remaining amount 6 weeks before the arrival date. For bookings within 6 weeks before arrival the full amount is due immediately.
Deposit
The deposit is € 150. This serves as a guarantee for damage and/or costs in the broadest sense of the word, which we will settle in the event of non-compliance with the tenant's obligations, as agreed in the rental agreement.
The deposit will be settled with the electricity usage and if the house is left as agreed, the remaining amount will be paid back within two weeks after your departure.
